Fiber also controls insulin levels and helps lower cholesterol.

For some, switching to a vegetarian diet may seem like a big hurdle. This is why switching over slowly can help tremendously. Start by eliminating meat from one of your meals a day then after a couple days eliminate meat from another meal.
