		<description>Mostly protein supplements are for the bigger gainers. You have got to work hard to exceed your regular dietary supply of nutrition, but some do. They will know when they are not repairing quickly or making gains any more. My advice would be to talk to your local muscle &amp; fitness specialist, ask to see their qualifications and follow their plan once you are happy that they are adequately qualified to advise you.
