    I use grapeseed oil almost exclusively now when I cook, and it doubles as a really wonderful massage oil, not too greasy but smooth. I really like the flavor as well and I keep stumbling across more and more pro-health, pro grapeseed extract/oil sources, so I feel like i’m on the right track. Thanks for the information. I am curious.. do you think I’m missing any of the health benefits by not using the pure extract and using the oil instead?
