		<description>What kind of medication did you find helpful Daniel? I am sick of side effects and find I get anxious about taking any medication for my darned anxiety! Maybe I need to try some herbal remedies or something. My anxiety is ruining my life. Now it is insomnia and depression as well I suspect. Its so tiring and despressing to have to battle these moments and sometimes hours of instense terror for no reason.</description>

		<description>I like your article. In my opinion we all suffer from bouts of anxiety from time to time and at different intensity levels. I also agree with what you said about  exercise and find it to be a great way of reducing such a condition.  Seems to me also that anxiety is increased when one is to in the head so to speak. I have found meditation is also a great way to calm body and mind and which will usually result in feeling clearer, calmer and a little less stressed. My thoughts on the matter anyways.</description>
