There are a lot of different kinds of products that you can use if you need a reliable acne face wash. However, it is important to remember that acne breakouts result in different people for a variety of reasons. This means that there are different formulations that are used to create an acne face wash and as such they will not work for every individual that has problems with pimples and break outs. Also, there are a lot of brands involved when you look into acne face washes, which means that you could spend as little or as much as you like to try and clear up your skin.
Something that you should consider when you are looking into an acne face wash is your own personal skin type. There are people who have acne as a result of oily skin, while others have combination skin, and there are some who may experience dry acne. Once you know what type of skin you have it will be easier to find an acne face wash that will work for you. For example, if you have dry acne and you try to use an abrasive cleaner like Witch Hazel then you will experience an even higher rate of break outs. Likewise, if you have oily skin and you try to clean it with an acne face wash that has a built in moisturizer you are going to cause yourself a lot more problems than you already have.
It can be a little trickier to try and find an acne face wash that can successfully treat combination skin problems. This is because your T zone (the area from your forehead down to your chin) can be oily and have its own set of problems while the skin on your checks can be completely normal. This means that if you use an abrasive acne face wash to clear up the oil spots you can potentially have problems with the skin on your checks because it has gotten too dried out from the treatment of the oily areas. The best thing to do in this situation is to find an acne face wash that is designed to treat the oily areas, but as soon as you are out of the shower you will want to make sure that you go ahead and put some moisturizer on the other areas of your face that are not problematic.
You can get a variety of acne face wash products at pharmacy stores like Wal-Greens, CVS, and Wal-Mart, and many times these products will work out well. However, if you find that you have a more persistent form of acne that does not respond to traditional over the counter acne face wash products then you might want to visit a dermatologist who might be able to prescribe you a different treatment to help clear up your skin. Or, there are also a variety of skin washes that you can buy through higher end manufacturers. Sometimes these are designed in such a way that they truly do help your skin care needs. Often this is because many of these higher end acne face wash systems come as a combination package that include washes, toners, and moisturizers that work in tandem to clear up your skin.
What you need to realize when you look through all of the different acne face wash products on the market is that it truly is just a process of trial and error. You will eventually find the one that works for you, but it could be a long and tiresome process before you get there. Don’t let this get you down, but rather think of it as a sort of Easter egg hunt. Once you find the acne face wash product that works best for you it will all have been worth it.

Not long ago I began experiencing acne breakouts on my chin. My dermatologist actually laughed at me being 35 and still experiencing acne. What’s a girl to do when her dermatologist laughs at her?
This determined girl took matters into her own hands and began a rigorous routine of research until I came across an oil-free (and chemical free) moisturizers and a line of organic products that I had not tried before.
I purchased a 2 ounce bottle of Made from Earth’s oil-free Rosehip & Hibiscus Face Serum and within days of using it, my chin had cleared up completely and I’ve not experienced any more breakouts as with some other moisturizers. Chock full of certified organic ingredients, 100% vegetarian ingredients, powerful antioxidants free of parabens, synthetics and petroleums, how could my skin not respond in a wonderful, healing way?
Since Made from Earth products are created with certified organic ingredients – they do no harm. Instead of the typical water base used in most product ingredients. While the Rosehip Serum works great, I have now moved onto the “Vitamin Enhanced Moisturizer” which has really made my cheecks real rosy.
I recommend you start with the Made from Earth Rosehip Serum – and then once the acne is cleared up, use the Vitamin Enhanced Moisturizer to maintain that great complextion. Good luck!
